VinaLupa was founded in early 2015 by Sommelier Emily Harman. Our expertise in the hospitality industry that developed over years of working in and with restaurants, hotels and bars allows us to provide businesses with all the tools to optimise wine sales, guest experience and team skills. We offer training on all aspects of wine list management, customer service and product knowledge through engaging and educational training sessions tailored to the business needs. 

We have a successful track record in providing bespoke wine lists, financially sound profit margins and world class training programs that educate teams and improve staff retention. We also offer supplier management and assistance with staff recruitment.

Further to this, we work together with communication agencies and provide wine education and seminars to the on trade as well as assistance in managing and curating wine events.
