VinaLupa was founded in early 2015 by Sommelier Emily Harman. We use our expertise in the hospitality background developed over years of working in restaurants, hotels and bars to focus on providing businesses with all the tools to optimise wine sales, guest experience and team skills. We offer training on all aspects of wine list management, customer service and product knowledge through engaging and educational training sessions tailored to the business needs.
We have a successful track record in providing bespoke wine lists, financially sound profit margins and world class training programs that educate teams and improve staff retention. We also offer supplier management and assistance with staff recruitment.
Further to this, we work together with a number of communication agencies and provide wine education and seminars to the on trade as well as assistance in managing and curating wine events.
